Job Description

Responsibilities

  • You will be expected to achieve the monthly and annual sales plans (by model and dealer) in the assigned district
  • Appropriately provide effective guidance to dealers in the assigned district conducive to the achievement of sales volume and revenue targets taking basic annual policies into account
  • Formulates annual sales plans in the assigned district based on the basic annual policies of the division
  • Achieves rate of return targets for dealers in the assigned district
  • Appropriately offers proposals to regional managers (New Dealers) for the improvement, elimination or relocation of low performance dealers in the assigned district.

 

Qualifications

What should you have:

  • Communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Motorcycle products and basic technology
  • Basic PC operation and utilization (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • 5 or more years working level sales experience (automobile industry is preferred)
  • Experience in imported vehicles is a plus
  • Knowledge of the wholesale and retail processes in automobile sales
  • Fluency in Japanese is a must
  • English level required
